Train loader automation system

Function：

The train loader system can automatically scan the carriage, obtain the automatic operation demand control data and accurately control the loading weight. In other words, it can reduce the trimming adjustment and manual intervention while leveling, which improves the operation efficiency. Coordinating with the stacker-reclaimer, it can reduce the amount of tailing material. In the case of unstable reference flow, it can adjust corresponding speed to achieve smooth, level loading. Also, automatic exchanging the chute when finishing a carriage,  makes the loading more accurate. And the tail flap also have a coordinate exchange function when passing a empty box to improve the working efficiency.
