High-accuracy crane automatic stow system

Function:

The high-accuracy automatic stow system is a positioning system specially developed for the fully automatic operation of large loading and unloading equipment such as stackers and reclaimers, portal cranes and ship unloaders. The encoder, calibration switch and laser sensor form a double positioning device, which can be "one-key stow" on the remote operator's console. The program automatically controls the action of the thruster motor, and move the gantry and trolley to the stow position with an accuracy of +/-2 cm, and lower the stow pin automatically.
